Citrus County Rural Health has a focus on making healthcare simple and convenient for all our patients. That’s why we work to offer on-site pharmacy services, including a registered pharmacist and full-service pharmacy, to support our primary care providers and their patients.
Our dedicated pharmacy team:
- Consults with your doctor on medication options.
- Coordinates medication needs across the entire medical care team.
- Address any medication questions with you, our patient.
- Improve overall care and outcomes for the patient.
A fully stocked pharmacy and pharmacist can provide the polite and friendly service that every patient deserves—while making the trip to our clinic more efficient and effective.
Other services offered include:
- Prescription Processing: New prescriptions and refill requests are processed within 24–48 hours following your visit.
- Medication therapy management: Consult with your Pharmacist to help our patients better understand their health conditions and the medications used to manage them.
- We can provide a printed list of all medications and dosages for you to carry in your wallet or purse.
Our pharmacy services are offered on-site in our Crystal River Health Center with a licensed registered pharmacist to support your medication questions and concerns. Our providers can also provide prescriptions and medications refills to your preferred pharmacy.
