Make Your Health A Priority – Keep your appointments
We are here and ready to see you for all your primary care needs. Our clinics continue to have safety precautions in place to protect our patients and care teams.
- All patients and visitors to any Horizon Health Care location are required to wear a mask at all times, even if they have received the COVID-19 vaccine.
- Patients are being screened for symptoms of COVID-19 prior to being scheduled and again when being seen for an appointment.
- All clinic locations continue to be disinfected frequently throughout the day. We continue to follow CDC requirements for cleaning patient-facing areas.
At Citrus County Rural Health, your health is our primary concern. It is important for you to keep your regularly scheduled appointments. We provide safe options to ensure you and your loved ones stay on track for your preventative care, screenings, immunizations, and chronic care management.
COVID-19 Symptoms and Testing
If you think you or a family member are showing symptoms for COVID-19, you should take an at-home test or call your local clinic to schedule an appointment. If you test positive or are a close contact to someone who has tested positive, you should follow the latest recommendations for quarantine and isolation from the CDC.

- Muscle pain
- Headache or fatigue
- Congestion or runny nose
- New loss of taste or smell
- Diarrhea
- Nausea or vomiting
